1. General cleaning: This includes dusting, vacuuming floors, and wiping surfaces to maintain overall cleanliness of the rental property.

2. Bed linen and towel change: Cleaning service would wash and replace all used bed linens and towels with fresh ones for new guests.

3. Bathroom cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and mirrors.

4. Kitchen cleaning: Cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, and wiping down cabinets and surfaces.

5. Floor cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors in all areas of the property.

6. Trash removal: Emptying and properly disposing of trash and recycling materials.

7. Restocking supplies: Checking and replenishing essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and cleaning products.

8. Window cleaning: Cleaning windows, glass doors, and any glass surfaces inside the property.

9. Furniture arrangement: Adjusting furniture according to the desired layout and ensuring it is clean and presentable.

10. Safety checks: Conducting a visual inspection to ensure there are no safety hazards and reporting any issues to the property owner or manager.

11. Emergency cleaning: Providing urgent cleaning services in case of any unexpected situations or emergencies.

12. Property maintenance: Reporting any damages or maintenance issues noticed during cleaning to ensure the property stays in good condition.

13. Key management: Coordinating key exchanges and securely storing and retrieving keys for guests.
